Terms & the spirit of Passpile

A place for memories

Passpile lets adults (18+) create digital event-pass collections for personal enjoyment. It is not a credential, proof of attendance, identity service, ticket, competition with prizes, or a way to access an event. Collector badges and rankings are playful and based on self-reported information.

Your content and your choices

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You give Passpile a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, process, display and generate previews of that content only to operate the features you choose. Publishing authorises public display and sharing of your wall and preview. You must have the necessary rights and permission to upload or publish content, including other people’s information.

Do not upload unlawful content, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property, harass people, upload malicious files, use automation to abuse the service, or attempt unauthorised access. Remove sensitive details, active credentials, barcodes and access codes before publishing. You are responsible for what you make public.

Sharing, removal and reports

Your collection is private until you publish it. A public link is available to anyone who has it; choosing Explore also lists it in discovery and rankings. Unpublishing removes public access through Passpile, but we cannot erase screenshots, copies or caches held by other people, search engines or social platforms. For privacy, copyright, abuse, data access or deletion requests, email the contact above with the relevant wall URL and details. We may remove content or restrict abusive accounts.

An experimental service

The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access, permanent storage, accurate reconstruction, or continued availability. Features may change, pause or end. Keep your original photos. AI-assisted artwork, text recognition and 3D reconstructions may alter text, logos, colours and QR patterns. They must not be used as functional credentials.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not provide warranties of fitness, accuracy or availability and exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss from this free service. Nothing here excludes rights, duties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not override mandatory consumer or privacy protections.

Changes

Material changes will be identified with a new effective date and communicated in the service where appropriate. Contact us if you have questions before continuing to use a changed feature.
